Pick a break, watch, done.

• Quick Hit — one video, about a minute.
• Take 5 through Take 60 — that many minutes of the day's most popular clips. Take 45 and 60 lean into longer cuts and old shows.

Then it rests. After each break, that button cools down for roughly 6× the watch time (Quick Hit 30 minutes … Take 60 six hours). There's no exact scientific prescription for cooldowns — the well-established pattern is simply that breaks should scale with screen time (like the 20-20-20 rule for eyes). Nothing here locks you out all day.

The sign-off. When a break ends, the station signs off the way TV used to: color bars with a test tone, then the flag-raising over Iwo Jima (real archival footage) with the Star-Spangled Banner, then it fades to black. The footage keeps playing softly until your cooldown is up, with the countdown showing in the player — or head home anytime and you'll get the usual wait screen instead.

The vibe. Videos autoplay when you start a break. If your browser blocks sound at first, the picture plays muted and the blinking MUTED pill in the header is your sound button. Between clips you get a little TV static, like flipping channels on an old set — and the whole thing powers down like one when you're done.

Your choices and break timers live only on this device. Videos belong to their posters; Binge Off is just the remote control.
